Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from CellArena, the retail brand of Cell Arena Electronics Trading LLC, through cellarena.ae or at our Deira showroom.

1. Delivery Coverage

CellArena delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery availability, fees and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery emirate, product availability, payment confirmation and the courier service available for your order.

Where same-day delivery is available for qualifying Dubai orders, it will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed for every product, address or order time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation for card and Tabby orders. Cash-on-delivery orders are processed after order confirmation, subject to availability and verification.

We aim to process confirmed orders promptly. Orders may require additional verification before dispatch, particularly where payment, stock availability, delivery details or fraud-prevention checks need confirmation.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. We do not process deliveries or store pickups on Sundays or UAE public holidays unless otherwise confirmed.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to product availability, courier capacity, traffic, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, missed calls or events outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the mobile number or email address provided at checkout.

4. Delivery Address and Contact Details

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate UAE delivery address, including building, apartment or villa number, area, emirate and a reachable UAE mobile number.

Our courier or team may contact you to arrange delivery. If you provide an incorrect address, do not answer delivery calls, refuse delivery or are unavailable after reasonable contact attempts, delivery may be delayed, returned or cancelled. Additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.

5. Receiving Your Order

Orders may be delivered to you or to a person you nominate at the delivery address. Please inspect the outer packaging and confirm that the order is correct before accepting delivery whenever possible.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact CellArena promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not dispose of the packaging until we have reviewed your report.

Risk in the product passes to you once the order has been delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash-on-delivery is available only when shown at checkout. Payment must be made in full to the courier or authorised CellArena representative at the time of delivery.

The courier may not be able to open, activate or demonstrate a sealed device before payment. Please ensure you have the correct payment amount available before delivery.

7. Store Pickup

Store pickup may be available for eligible products and will be shown at checkout. You will receive confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit for collection until you have received this confirmation.

Closed: Sundays and UAE public holidays

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification. If another person is collecting on your behalf, contact us in advance so we can confirm the collection arrangement.

8. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address, contact details or collection preference, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has been handed to the courier.

Cancellation requests are subject to our Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.
